60-DAYS MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Our guarantee covers purchases for 60 days from the date of purchase.
We offer this to give you the opportunity to try our products and see if they work for you. We stand by their quality and effectiveness, and most of our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
If you've tried our products and they haven't worked for you, email us at hello@mirificascience.com within 60 days, explaining the reason for your refund request.
We will issue a refund for a single unit of each product purchased (pro-rated if a discount was applied).
For refunds on multiple units of the same product, please follow our return instructions. The product must be returned and received at our warehouse within 60 days from the delivery date.

All products being returned for a refund must be sent back by mail.
Before returning an item, email us at hello@mirificascience.com to inform us of your intent to return.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Please provide us with a copy of the return shipping label and a photo of the package before sending it.
We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team in Singapore, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method.
